Application form:

Ingredients:
African frankincense resin powder (pure resin from Boswellia carteri - 80%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
Allergenic substances:
No substances or products according to Appendix II of EG ordinance 1169/2011.
Recommended dose:
Adults consume 1 capsule 3 times daily after meals with plenty of water.

Instructions for use:
If needed, the contents of the opened capsule can be mixed, for example, with quark, yoghurt, soy milk, honey or in a high-quality nutritional oil.
